The Green House

The Green House range of kit homes were based on the basic architecture of a traditional Queenslander style home with wide open eaves, high ceilings and large fully opening windows. The house is extremely functional, incorporating many universal design features along with our standard range of sustainable kit home products and systems.

The house plans demonstrate some of the possible layouts for this style of kit home. Each floor plan can be adapted to your specific requirements.

The Green House range of designs are more suited to customers intending to have qualified tradesmen erect the house – The Smart House range is a much simpler, and less costly, house to build which is more suited to owner builders.

The Green House was designed by Jonathon Peterson of Bluewater Architecture.
