Lock Up

The kit to this stage means you will be provided with the materials neccesary to literally lock your home up.

The ‘Lock Up kit’ provides the ‘shell’ of the home - external walls, lockable external doors and windows, roof, floor, sub floor and frame are all included.

There is still some work to be done before you can move in.

Fit Off

The kit to this stage means you will be provided with additional materials neccesary to completely finish your home both inside and out.

The 'Fit Off kit' includes: the internal cladding, architraves, skirting board, internal doors, door hardware, 1 kW solar PV system and solar hot water system are all included so you can move right in.
